Terms and Conditions
By opening an account with Casino Days you enter a binding agreement on the terms below. Please read them before depositing; registering confirms that you accept them in full.
Who may open an account
Casino Days operates under licence OGL/2023/159/0076 granted by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. An account may be opened only by a natural person aged 18 or over who is acting on their own behalf and who is not resident in a territory where we are restricted from providing the service. The list of restricted territories is maintained in our Help Centre and may change without individual notice.
It remains your responsibility to establish whether participation in online gaming is lawful where you live. We do not give advice on that question, and accepting your registration is not a representation that play is permitted in your jurisdiction.
One account is allowed per person, household, email address, payment instrument and IP address. Where we identify linked duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close the additional accounts, consolidate the balances into the original account, and forfeit any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings accrued on the duplicates.
You must supply accurate registration details and keep them current. Withdrawals are released only to an account held in the registered player's own name; a mismatch between the registered identity and the receiving account will halt the payment until it is resolved.
Deposits, withdrawals and verification
Funds held in your balance are for wagering on our games. Casino Days is not a bank, does not pay interest, and a balance held without meaningful play may be returned to source and the account closed where we suspect the service is being used to transfer value rather than to game.
Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal, and we may repeat it later if circumstances change. Where requested documents are not supplied within thirty days, we may suspend the account until they are. Withdrawal requests are normally reviewed within 24 hours; the time for funds to arrive afterwards depends on the payment method and the receiving institution.
Wherever practicable, withdrawals are returned to the method used for the corresponding deposit. Where that method cannot receive funds, an alternative in the same name will be arranged. We do not charge a fee for a first withdrawal in any calendar month; charges applied by your own bank or wallet provider are outside our control.
Dormant accounts — those with no login for twelve consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly administration charge as set out in our Help Centre, applied only against a positive balance and never so as to create a debt. We will email the registered address before any charge begins.
Bonuses and promotional offers
Every promotion carries its own conditions, published with the offer, which sit alongside these terms and prevail over them in the event of conflict on that specific promotion. Typical conditions include a minimum qualifying deposit, a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus or of bonus plus deposit, a maximum stake permitted while a bonus is active, an expiry period, and a cap on winnings convertible from free-spin awards.
Games contribute to wagering requirements at differing rates. Slots generally contribute fully, while table games, video poker and live dealer titles contribute at reduced rates or not at all. The contribution table is published in the promotions area and applies as at the moment each bet settles.
Certain conduct is treated as bonus abuse: placing low-risk covering bets across opposing outcomes, exceeding the maximum stake while a bonus is active, using bonus funds on excluded games, and coordinated play between linked accounts. Where abuse is established, we may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, retaining the player's own deposited funds.
Casino Days may withdraw or vary any promotion prospectively. Offers already claimed and in progress continue under the conditions in force when they were claimed.
Game outcomes, errors and interruptions
Results are determined by random number generators supplied by our licensed game providers and independently tested. No sequence of prior results influences the next; nothing in the presentation of a game should be read as indicating otherwise.
If a game round is interrupted by a connection failure or a technical fault, the round is settled according to the provider's recorded state once service is restored. Where a round cannot be completed, the stake is returned. The provider's server log is the definitive record of play and takes precedence over anything displayed on your device.
Where a malfunction, pricing error, misconfigured paytable or software defect produces a result or payout that would not have occurred had the system worked correctly, that result is void. This applies whether the error favoured the player or the house, and any amount credited in error may be recovered from the balance or offset against future winnings.
We may suspend access for scheduled maintenance, for security investigation, or where a regulator directs us to. We aim to give advance notice of planned interruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Conduct, liability and dispute resolution
You agree not to use automated software, bots or any tool that manipulates gameplay; not to exploit a defect rather than report it; not to permit anyone else to use your account; and not to abuse our support staff. Breach of these obligations may result in immediate suspension pending review and, where established, closure with forfeiture of bonus-derived amounts.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the balance in your account at the time the relevant event occurred. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for interruptions caused by your internet connection or device, or for losses arising from your own breach of these terms.
Complaints should be raised first with our support team, who will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to reach a substantive response within fourteen days. If a matter is complex we will keep you updated at reasonable intervals rather than leave it silent.
Where our final response does not resolve the issue, you may escalate to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, quoting licence number OGL/2023/159/0076 and our reference from the correspondence. These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under New Zealand law.
We may amend these terms; the current version is always published here with its revision date. Material changes will be notified by email or on-site notice, and continuing to use the account after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
